Online Ordering

Where do you currently deliver?

We ship to all states in the continental US. 

What carrier do you use to ship?

We currently use FedEx for our shipments.

Can I track my order?

You sure can. You'll get a confirmation email after you place your order, and an update with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped..

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Once your order has been processed and your credit card has been charged, we are unable to make any changes. So always make sure to double check your shipping address and purchasing information before confirming your purchase!

Can I return my online order?

We want you to love your Harmless Harvest order. If you're not satisfied with your delivery, please contact us at shop@harmlessharvest.com and we will be happy to assist you.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are processed Mondays through Thursdays, and orders placed before 11am Central time will be shipped the day they are received. We are currently experiencing high order volumes and orders may take additional time to process. We will notify you with a tracking number when it has shipped, and packages typically arrive within 48 hours of shipment.

Do I have to be home to receive my delivery?

Nope. We just recommend getting those bottles in the fridge as soon as you can.

My order has arrived - now what?

Get those bottles in your fridge! Your coconut water should be refrigerated asap to ensure quality and taste. Please consume by the date printed on the bottle.

Your shipping box and bottles (with the label removed) are all 100% recyclable – so get them in the right bin. And don’t forget to tag us in your social posts!

Can Harmless Harvest deliver to a PO Box?

We unfortunately cannot delivery to PO Boxes at this time.

My order says it was delivered, but I did not receive it.

Please contact us at shop@harmlessharvest.com immediately. Our team will be more than happy to assist you with this inconvenience. Please note that in order to investigate the issue fully, the tracking information must indicate that the shipment was delivered within the past 14 days. If you follow-up more than 14 days after scheduled delivery, we may be unable to resolve your claim.

How are my items shipped?

As we increase our efforts as a company to reduce waste and limit our carbon footprint, we ship our products out frozen to avoid using excess packaging and ice packs. Sometimes as a result, and especially when it’s colder outside, you’ll receive the product still in a frozen state. Harmless Harvest Coconut Water can be safely thawed in your refrigerator, and it’s the same lightly sweet and refreshing Coconut Water you’re accustomed to when purchasing from your local market. And since your Coconut Water has been kept extra cold, it may not have turned pink yet. Our Coconut Water is clear when bottled, and turns pink over time due to varying levels of antioxidants and interaction with elements, such as light. An extra cool temperature can delay this pinking process.

My bottles arrived frozen.

My shipment arrived and the bottles are not cold. Is it still safe to drink?

We've spent years perfecting a unique filtration process to keep our coconut water tasting distinctly crisp and fragrant. This process makes it safe to ship non-refrigerated, but we do recommend refrigerating as soon as you receive your shipment to ensure optimal quality and taste. If your coconut water is left at ambient temperature for more than a few days, the product may start to age more quickly than when refrigerated which will impact the taste, so it’s most important to make sure the product is consumed before the best by date printed on the bottle.

Why is the coconut water clear?

Our Coconut Water is totally clear when we bottle it and only afterwards do some bottles turn pink due to varying levels of antioxidants and interaction with elements, such as light. We do not use thermal pasteurization to process our coconut water or acidify our coconut water (by addition of ingredients like ascorbic acid), so it has a tendency to turn a pink hue. The bottles you purchased have simply not turned pink yet and are still our pure, organic coconut water!

Our customer service team is at the desk Monday - Friday with the exception of holidays, so if you reach out over the weekend we may not get back to you until after your order processes. Due to increased inquiries, we aim to get back to you within 48 business hours. Please note that sending multiple inquiries will not increase your chances of a quicker response time, so just hang in there and we'll get back to you as soon as we can!

Subscriptions

How does subscription work?
Subscribers save 10% on each order. Select the frequency you’d like for your coconut water deliveries – every 14, 30 or 45 days. 3 days before your order processes, you’ll receive an email reminder about your subscription. Cancel or skip an order through your account, or reach out to shop@harmlessharvest.com at any time with questions about your subscription.
How can I change or cancel my subscription?
You can change or cancel your ongoing subscription by logging into your account here. You can also reach out to us at shop@harmlessharvest.com and we’d be happy to help!
When will I receive my subscription?

Orders are processed Monday-Thursdays, and subscriptions will be processed each month on the date that you first purchased (and in the case of Friday or weekend, on the following Monday). Shipments are sent out within 24 hours of processing, and most orders are delivered within 48 hours of shipment.

You’ll receive an email reminder three days before your order processes each month, a confirmation email when your order processes, and a follow up email with a tracking number once it is out for shipment.

At any point you can also update your subscription details or frequency through your account here or by emailing us at shop@harmlessharvest.com.

My subscription just refilled but I'm not available to receive it or no longer want it.

We always send a reminder email in advance of your next subscription order to prevent this from happening! Once your subscription renewal has been processed, unfortunately we can no longer cancel the order and your credit card will be charged.

Coconut Smoothie

How does Coconut Smoothie ship? At what temperature will my order arrive?

We’ve spent years perfecting our unique processes to keep our coconut water and smoothie beverages tasting distinctly crisp and fragrant. This means they can be non-refrigerated for a short period of time with no issues, but your beverages must be refrigerated upon receipt to ensure quality and taste, until ready to consume by the date printed on the bottle.

If your coconut smoothie arrives warm, or still partially frozen, that’s okay! Please store in the fridge until ready to consume, and shake well before opening. 

Does this product contain Harmless Harvest Coconut Water?

Yes! The main ingredient in our coconut smoothie is Harmless Harvest® Coconut Water. We then combine it with hand-scooped coconut meat from the same coconuts to create our deliciously simple smoothie.


Do you add sugars or flavors to Coconut Smoothie?

Our coconut smoothie contains no added sugar or flavors.

How long does Coconut Smoothie last once opened?

We suggest consuming the product after opening within 4-5 days as long as the product has been refrigerated.

How does the Harmless Harvest, Harmless Bunch Rewards Program work?

Start earning Harvest Coins on all your purchases by joining our Harmless Harvest Rewards Program (Harmless Bunch). To join, simply create a Harmless Harvest account or click here to get started. Once you’ve signed up, you will start earning coins on all your Harmless Harvest purchases and more. Be sure to be logged into your account when making purchases to earn rewards. How do I earn and redeem Harvest Coins?

There are many ways to earn rewards which can be found here:. To spend your coins, you must be signed-in to your Harmless Harvest account. When you’re ready to spend your coins, you’ll need to add an item to your cart and then apply the redemption code by copying and pasting it from the Using Your Harvest Coins section. Harvest Coin redemptions cannot be combined with site-wide promotions or other discount codes including our Black Friday and Cyber Monday sale. When do my rewards status and points expire?

Your Harvest Coins and rewards status are valid for up to a calendar year after you joinIf you make a return on an item that you originally purchased using Harvest Coins, your coins will be refunded back to your account. 

Can I take advantage of discount offers and redeem my rewards?

Unfortunately, you cannot double stack promotional offer codes with your Harvest Coins. 

What are the different levels of the Harmless Bunch, and how do they work?

The Harmless Bunch has three different levels: A Little Nutty, Super Nutty, and Totally Nuts. 

Each level of the Harmless Bunch is determined by the number of total coins you have earned on eligible purchases and through qualifying activities, beginning on the date when you enroll. There are three levels with associated benefits: 

A Little Nutty: 0 - 399 coins 
Super Nutty: 400 – 799 coins 
Totally Nuts: 800+ coins 

Once you have progressed to the next level, you will remain at that level, even if you redeem enough coins to drop below the required level. Please review the Harmless Bunch Benefits section for a breakdown of the benefits offered at each level of our loyalty program. For example, if you accumulate 800 coins and then redeem 300 of those coins, you are still in the Totally Nuts level.  

However, you can lose your coins and status by being inactive in the program for one calendar year. 

Where do I log in to view my rewards and tier status?

I can't log into My Account! What do I do?

Simple! Click "Forgot Password?" to reset your password. Thenyou'll need to verify your email address and it will lead you through the process to get you back into your account. If you're having any further issues, please email us at shop@Harmlessharvest.com and we'll get you back to earning Harvest Coins! 

How do I refer-a-friend or family member?

To make a referral via our Refresh-A-Friend programit’s best if you are logged in to your Rewards account but you can refer friends without being logged inYou will then be able to input a friends email to send a referral link. Referred friends must purchase their items through the direct link provided to ensure you both receive referral benefits. Once the order is complete, a notification will be sent via email providing referral rewards in Harvest Coins. Referral discounts are for new, first-time customers only. However, you may refer as many new customers as you like.  

Do I need to have a Rewards account to refer someone via Refresh-A-Friend?

No, you don't need an account to refer a friend. Simply add your email address and your friends' email addresses. Once your friend(s) places an order through your referral link, you'll receive an email with 100 Harvest Coins. Then, you can create an account and use your coins as a discount for purchase. 

How do I apply a referral discount?

To apply a referral discount code, you must add the items you wish to purchase to your cart. Next, enter your promo code in the “Gift card or Discount Code” field upon checking out. Please note we do not allow stacking of multiple coupon codes. That is, you won’t be able to combine the referral coupon with a Harmless Bunch discount code. 

How do I know if I received a referral coupon for Harvest Coins?

Referrals must purchase their items through the direct link provided to their email for you to receive Harvest Coins. An email notification will be sent to you once the referral order is completed. Please be sure to check your spam and junk mail folders.
